Get Involved

All members of the community, all ages, backgrounds, experiences are invited to join our Family and Friends team! We can’t do this without you!

Our festival runs on a gift giving and service exchange philosophy. We gratefully accept any in-kind support including but not limited to

• food and drink (produce and non-perishables)

• instruments

• artworks, crafts to showcase at the Windwood Residence House

BECOME A PATRON OF THE WINDWOOD MUSIC FESTIVAL

Community support is crucial to helping Windwood Music Festival cover operational costs such as instrument transportation, artist travel, rehearsal and venue space, concert production costs, event marketing, and insurance. We welcome any level of involvement from the community, whether it be financial contributions, in-kind support, or volunteering your time to help us at our events.

Any assistance you can offer is deeply appreciated. We plan to grow this beautiful initiative annually ― we are already learning so much and so look forward to sharing these events with you!

We’re inviting all vendors, farmers, local producers, small businesses to join our initiative!

You could:

1. set up a booth at our outdoor events, and/or

2. collaborate hands on with artist(s) from our team to co-create a musical performance project that involves, showcases, or uses your products and services in a creative way

• How you would like to be involved (option 1 and/or 2)

All food vendors are required to have a permitted kitchen and approval from Alberta Health Services.

Food vendors are also required to carry a liability insurance policy on all food products.

We’re inviting local freelance artists from all fields to join our celebration!

You could collaborate with us by:

• setting up a space at our outdoor events to showcase your work, and/or

• collaborate hands on with musician(s) from our team to co-create a creative musical performance project
